Web Designer
We are currently seeking a professional web designer to design new sites and handle some production on existing sites. This is a contractor position for about 20-30 hours per week. Our clients expect availability and short turn-around times. We expect the same from our designers. Applicant must build beautiful, professional websites consistent with the quality expected in 2008. Formal training in web design a must. Graphic design and Flash skills a plus. Please, no whiners, hackers or prima donnas.

Online Ad Sales Rep
We have a need for an online ad sales PRO. No gimmicks here, just the real deal. We have an extremely high traffic client site, and are wanting to start our own in-house ad sales team. Build up your own team and share in their commissions. VERY generous commission structure and lots of ad space inventory to sell. Telecommuting is fine, work on the beach for all we care, just sell this ad space.
