• Chris Kramer, Project Management/Audience Development/SEO guru
A pioneer like many on the pearsonkramer / Trafficdeveloper team, Chris has been marketing websites on the Internet since 1996. He has repeatedly achieved top ten rankings on major search engines for competitive keywords across multiple industries. Chris contributes to marketing consulting, search engine optimization and general website promotion offerings and deploys wordsmithing, behavioral science, research, organization, systems administration, statistical analysis, and psychology toward these ends. Prior and ongoing successful projects include Christies Great Estates, Telluride Real Estate Corp., Eclipse Aviation Corp., Cowboys and Indians Magazine, Design Warehouse, Village Propertes, Oceana, and the Santa Fe New Mexican. Chris is also the primary project manager for all web and marketing projects.

• Lori Pearson, Linking and Copywriting, Project Management/COO
Lori provides the SEO specialty services of link building and copywriting for the Internet. Lori holds a BA in English from SUNY Albany, allowing her to craft expertly written descriptions, keywords, and page copy specifically for search engines. She also specializes in link building, a critical component to the long-term success of any website optimization program.

• Kerry, Senior Programmer
Kerry has completed many complex programming projects with pearsonkramer / Trafficdeveloper, including major work for the Christie’s Great Estates websites and extranet. His specialties are MySQL and PHP. Kerry holds a degree in Computer Science, and has previously worked at Microsoft Corp. and Sonosite. Mr. Usry has been working with us since 1997.

• Martin, Senior Programmer
Martin brings extensive knowledge of PHP programming to the pearsonkramer team, and is especially well versed in ecommerce solutions from his most recent positions at Transact Group, LTD and Digivate, LTD, London, England. Martin is based in London, England, allowing pearsonkramer / Trafficdeveloper faster turn around time on assignments, troubleshooting, and work orders. Martin has been working with Trafficdeveloper for just over two years.

Suresh P. , Programmer
Suresh has over 6 years experience in PHP and AJAX solutions. He built our misterhub application from scratch. Suresh currently works on various client sites as well as our own pearsonkramer projects. Most recently he has built the new altermannmodern.com website. Suresh has been with us for over 3 years.

Suresh R. , Programmer
Suresh has 3 years experience in PHP. He joins us as a junior programmer and production person, under the direction of Suresh P. Our outsourced team in India now comprised 5 full time professionals, including our sister company's (Zwarm) team.

• Janine, Creative Director
Janine is an award winning web designer with over eight years experience designing and developing websites. With a degree in graphic arts from SUNY New Paltz, Ms. Pearson is adept at creating design interfaces that exceed expectations. Her Porfolio is available here: http://www.j9design.com . Mrs. Pearson Blose has been working with pearsonkramer / Trafficdeveloper since 1997.

• Jessica, Art Director
Jessica has been building functional, beautiful websites for over six years. She too has a BA from SUNY New Paltz in Graphic Design. She is currently based in Miami, FL. Portfolio available upon request. Mrs. Santa-Cruz has been working with us since 1999.

• Oban, Systems Administrator
Oban brings substantial knowledge in application and data integration, mining and management. In addition, Oban’s core competencies include Systems analysis and management, E-Commerce and Internet, Linux and Open Source solutions. Oban is responsible for our dedicated webserver, which is now home to over 100 website hosting clients. We have been working with Oban since 1999, via his affiliation with Panorama Point.

• Joe, Commercial Photographer
Most recently the photographer for Gerald Peters Gallery in Santa Fe, Joe is an experienced, talented digital photographer, currently residing in Maui, Hawaii. He is happy to come to “the states” at any time for projects. View his work at http://www.joedalessandro.com

• Daniel, Director of Account Services
Daniel joined our team in January of 2008, bringing over ten years of interactive marketing experience to our team.  His previous client list is broad including clients in the arts, travel & tourism, real estate, high-end retail, and financial services.  Daniel’s primary responsibilities will include account service, project management, and marketing communications consulting for PearsonKramer clients.  He holds a B.A. in Communication from the University of Colorado and is currently working on his graduate degree from St. John’s College here in Santa Fe.

• Bryan, PPC Expert
Bryan is a Google AdWords Professional and Yahoo Search Marketing Ambassador based in Long Island, NY, and soon relocating to Santa Barbara, where our satillite office is located. He has been managing Pay Per Click campaigns for over 4 years. His experience includes working as both an independent consultant and as part of a large client based firm. He has managed over $1 million in ad spend for over 25 companies in many different industries, including health, marketing/PR, finance, real estate, legal and SEM. In addition, he has managed accounts for clients in 3 different continents and also created and managed Spanish language internet marketing campaigns. He is fully versed in all aspects of paid search marketing and provides an analytical and ROI-focused approach to PPC marketing campaigns.

• Noah, Director of Research
We're happy to welcome Noah as our summer intern. His lofty title is there for a reason - he hunts down any bit of information we need on the web, no matter how esoteric, with methodical accuracy. And his young age helps to keep us well versed in what it is the young people of today are doing on the internet.

• Dom, Research Director
Working hard on projects we've developed on our own (not client related), Dom has been an intrepid researcher and data entry specialist, helping us to populate our very popular directory sites with accurate, up to date information as well as fine tuning our administrative tools. Dom is a hard worker (he's been with us over a year now) and we'll miss him once he goes off to college, unless, we can entice him to stay. Dom helps us stay up to date on our IM short hand as well.
